Radical Non-Resistance
Radical Non-Resistance - what it is, and why, in this moment in my, and our, history, I want to practice this - I want to start by saying what it isn't. When I say "non-resistance," I am not talking about a blind, numb, extraction of myself from the reality of what we see around us, in order to maintain my own "comfort" and so-called "sanity." I am not talking about what some people have called "toxic positivity," or "spritual bypass" of uncomfortable emotions. I am not talking about doing nothing in the face of present global events. But the "doing" I am going to describe is a very different sort of "doing" than what I think most of us feel is necessary. I am also not proposing that what I am describing is what everyone should be doing.
